Most people ask, "Why do I need an Inspection for a new constructed home?" Although new construction standards are very good this day and time, the builder / general contractor does not usually build the home. Most of the time the actual construction is sub contracted out, leaving the builder out of the daily operations. Unfortunately, without the direct supervision of the builder, some items get overlooked and never get corrected. By having an inspection, you are able to bring these problems forward and have them corrected before you move in.
